Linda Tángri aka Linda Jürgen Barrister & Solicitor is a Toronto based litigator and trial lawyer with over 26 years of Common Law legal experience, she is also the owner and founder of the Law Firm of Linda Tangri.
Linda Tángri aka Linda Jürgen Barrister & Solicitor grew up on a Christian peninsular that had been occupied by the Russians for a century, she left her family as a teen due to her loathing of Bolshevism and longing for connections with her ancestral roots.
Linda Tángri Barrister & Solicitor did her undergraduate studies in engineering.
After graduation, Linda Tángri Barrister & Solicitor worked for a real estate and commercial law firm as a law clerk in a British colony for about a year, and gained knowledge and skills from lawyers who were educated and trained in the UK and Canada; she also did freelance writing for the media during that period.
Linda Tángri Barrister & Solicitor immigrated to Canada at age 24, and worked for the media covering news on the courts, the government and the police before she went to study laws.
After receiving her Doctor of Law (JD), Linda Tángri Barrister & Solicitor articled for a reputable Toronto insurance law firm, she worked on the Residential School sexual abuse cases (for the Catholic churches) for about a year, and gained valuable litigation skills and knowledge from trial lawyers.
Linda Tángri Barrister & Solicitor founded her own law firm providing litigation services to the general public after she was called to the Ontario Bar; she appeared regularly before Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Ontario Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal and other administrative tribunals.
Linda Tángri (Linda Jürgen) Barrister & Solicitor has provided litigation services to people in Ontario from disadvantaged social backgrounds including JusticeNet clients and legal aid clients for the past decade, she also did pro bona work for racial communities such as the Chinese communities, the Muslim communities, and immigrants from Russian Federation.
Linda Tángri (Linda Jürgen) Barrister & Solicitor is currently working on investments, real estate commercial and business projects while continuing her litigation work.
Linda Tángri (Linda Jürgen) Barrister & Solicitor is able to communicate with clients who speak English, Cantonese, Altaic languages, Volga languages, and Shaanxi language.
